Frequently Asked Questions
How long will my order take to arrive?
Processing = 2–3 days (no holidays included, we’re not that nice). Shipping = 5–7 days. So, patience, Picasso.
How are products packaged?
Posters → hard corrugated boxes.
Frames & canvas → bubble wrapped. Basically, safer than carrying glass on a rollercoaster.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship outside India too — rates pop up at checkout like magic.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all types of online payments . secured by Razorpay .
We also do COD at a minimal prices of ₹ 100
Wrong Address & RTO (Return to Origin) Policy
If an order is returned to us (RTO) due to an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided by the customer, the following applies:
The customer must update the correct address and pay the shipping charges again for us to re-ship the order.
If the re-shipping fee is not paid, Posterboizz will not be responsible for any loss, and no refunds will be issued.
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at the time of purchase.
Do you sell frames?
Yes — two types:
• Wooden frames (premium, 0.75" thick sides).
• Fibre frames (sleek, 0.5" thick sides).
Can I cancel or change my order after buying?
Yes — mail us at connect@posterboizz.in quickly. If it’s already shipping, then well… too late.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Mail us at connect@posterboizz.in within 24 hours with proof pics. Delay it, and sorry — we can’t help.
