Poster Boizz™ operates this store and website (posterboizz.in), including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you with a curated cinematic art shopping experience (the “Services”). Poster Boizz™ is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with any policies referenced herein, describe your rights and responsibilities when using our Services.

By visiting, accessing, interacting with, or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ELIGIBILITY

By using this website, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age; or

  • You are using the Services under the supervision of a legal guardian.

You agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

If you create an account:

  • You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account.

  • You may not transfer, assign, or sell your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these Terms.

SECTION 2 – PRIVACY

We respect your privacy and do not sell or misuse personal data.

We collect and process information strictly for:

  • Order processing and fulfillment

  • Advertising campaigns (Google, Meta, YouTube)

  • Website analytics and performance improvements

All data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Because our store is powered by Shopify, certain information may also be processed by Shopify in accordance with their policies.

SECTION 3 – PRODUCTS & MARKETPLACE MODEL

3.1 Product Availability & Representation

All products are subject to availability.
Prices are listed in INR and may change without notice.
We strive for accurate display of colors and images; however, variations may occur due to screen differences and printing processes.

Such minor variations shall not be considered defects.

3.2 Print-on-Demand Production

Poster Boizz™ operates primarily as a print-on-demand and artisan marketplace business.

Each poster is manufactured fresh upon order.
Handmade or artist-created items are uniquely crafted and may vary slightly in texture, detailing, or color.

These variations are inherent characteristics of handcrafted or print-based products and are not grounds for return.

3.3 Marketplace & Third-Party Sellers

Poster Boizz™ operates as a curated marketplace for independent artists and creators (“Sellers”).

  • Certain products may be packed and shipped directly by the Seller.

  • Poster Boizz™ acts as facilitator of the transaction.

  • Poster Boizz™ remains the Merchant of Record and processes all payments.

If you have a dispute regarding a Seller’s product, you must contact us at connect@posterboizz.in.
We will review and mediate the issue. Our decision regarding refunds or replacements shall be final.

SECTION 4 – ORDERS

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase.

Poster Boizz™ reserves the right to:

  • Accept or decline any order

  • Cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, fraud suspicion, or policy violations

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment processing.

4.1 Split Shipments

Orders containing items from different artists or production sources may be shipped separately.
Items may arrive in different packages and at different times.

4.2 Cancellations

Order cancellations are permitted only within 2 hours of purchase.

After production has begun, cancellations cannot be accommodated.

4.3 Personal Use

You warrant that purchases are for personal use and not for commercial resale or export.

SECTION 5 – PRICING & PAYMENTS

We accept payments via:

  • Razorpay

  • SuperMoney

  • Debit/Credit Cards

  • Net Banking

All transactions are processed in INR (Indian Rupees).
Prices are inclusive of GST (if applicable). Shipping charges (if any) are displayed at checkout.

You represent that:

  • Payment information provided is accurate and authorized.

  • You are legally entitled to use the chosen payment method.

All transactions are secure and encrypted.

SECTION 6 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Processing Time (Print-on-Demand) Since every poster is printed fresh upon order, please allow 1–3 business days for your item to be printed, quality-checked, and packed before dispatch.

    Estimated Delivery Timeframes We ship Pan-India and internationally using reliable courier partners.

    • India: Estimated delivery time is 4–10 business days after dispatch.

    • International: Estimated delivery time is 4–12 business days after dispatch.

    Note: Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and courier availability.

    Shipping Charges

    • India: Shipping charges (if any) are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.

    • International: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination country.

    Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Tracking Link via email and SMS. You can use this link to track your package in real-time.

    Delays & Compensation We strive for timely delivery! However, if delays occur:

    • Internal Delay: If we take longer than 3 days to print/dispatch your order, we will include a complimentary gift in your package.

    • Courier Delay: If the courier delays your package, please contact us at connect@posterboizz.in. We will help track it and provide a discount code or gift for your next order.

    International Customs & Duties For international orders, any customs duties or import taxes levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery.

    Lost Packages If your package is confirmed lost in transit by the courier, we will issue a Free Replacement or Full Refund immediately.

SECTION 7 – RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • At Posterboizz, every print is crafted with care, precision, and premium laser-print quality. Your satisfaction matters to us!

    However, since we print on order and manufacture fresh pieces for every customer, we follow the guidelines below:

    Returns for Change of Mind While most of our products are made-to-order, we accept returns for non-defective items within 7 days of delivery.

    • Items must be in their original, unused condition and packaging.

    • Return shipping costs and logistics for "Change of Mind" returns are the responsibility of the customer.

    • Custom-printed items with personal photos or names may still be excluded from this policy

    Please ensure your order details are correct before placing it.

    Cancellations You may cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 2 hours, your order enters the printing process and cannot be cancelled or refunded.

     Damaged or Defective Products If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we’ve got you covered ✅ We offer free replacements in such cases. If a replacement is not available (e.g., out of stock), a full refund will be provided.

    How to Claim Your Replacement: You must report the issue within 3 days of delivery. To process your replacement, please email us at connect@posterboizz.in (or WhatsApp +91 98938 23080) with the following:

    1. Your Order ID.

    2. Mandatory Unboxing Video: A single, continuous, and unedited video showing the package being opened for the first time. Please note: To be valid proof, the video must clearly show the seal being broken and the product being taken out without any cuts or edits.

    3. A photo of the shipping label.

    Once verified, we will dispatch a brand-new replacement to you immediately at no extra cost. You do not need to ship the damaged item back to us unless specifically requested.

    Lost Packages If your package is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, or if it is lost in transit by the courier, please contact us immediately. We will investigate with the courier partner and provide a free replacement or full refund if the package is confirmed lost.

    Refund Processing Time If a refund is approved (e.g., for cancellations within 2 hours), it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank may take additional time to reflect the transaction.

SECTION 8 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & TRADEMARK

Poster Boizz™  is a registered trademark.

All original designs, branding, logos, graphics, text, and “Poster Boizz Exclusives” are protected under Indian and international copyright and trademark laws.

Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or misuse is strictly prohibited.

8.1 Original & Licensed Art

We collaborate with independent designers and ensure appropriate royalty or licensing arrangements where applicable.

8.2 Public Domain & Artistic Homage

Certain artworks may derive from:

  • Public domain materials

  • Creative Commons licensed works

  • Artistic homages inspired by global cinema and culture

We do not claim ownership over third-party trademarks, characters, or intellectual property depicted in artistic interpretations.

8.3 Takedown Requests

If you are a copyright holder or authorized agent and believe content infringes your rights, contact:

SECTION 9 – PROHIBITED USES

You may not:

  • Use the Services for unlawful purposes

  • Infringe intellectual property rights

  • Upload malicious code

  • Scrape or exploit website data

  • Misrepresent identity

Violation may result in suspension or termination without notice.

SECTION 10 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted website access

  • Error-free services

  • Exact digital-to-print color replication

SECTION 11 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Poster Boizz™ shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Shipping delays caused by external partners

  • Damages resulting from improper handling after delivery

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in dispute.

SECTION 12 – INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Poster Boizz™, its affiliates, partners, employees, and agents from claims arising out of:

  • Your breach of these Terms

  • Your misuse of the Services

  • Your violation of third-party rights

SECTION 13 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Exclusive jurisdiction shall lie with the courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

SECTION 14 – CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
