• Processing (Posters): 1–3 business days.
• Processing (Handmade/Artist Goods): 3–7 business days.
• Shipping (India): 4–10 business days after dispatch.

We take safety seriously to ensure your art arrives in pristine condition:

• Posters: Shipped in heavy-duty, hard corrugated boxes.
• Frames & Canvas: Secured with multi-layered bubble wrap and protective corner casing.

Absolutely. We ship our cinematic art globally. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times for your specific country will be calculated automatically at checkout.

We accept all major secure payment methods including UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, and Net Banking, all processed through our secure partner Supermoney / Razorpay. We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible pin codes within India.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

• If an order is Returned to Origin (RTO) due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping charges to send the package again.
• Please double-check your address at checkout to avoid delays!

if you order products from different artists, they will be sent via split shipments. This ensures the fastest delivery directly from each artist’s studio to your door. You will receive unique tracking links for each package.

We offer free replacements for verified transit damage.

• Reporting: You must email us at connect@posterboizz.in within 3 days of delivery.
• Proof: An unedited, continuous unboxing video showing the seal being broken is mandatory to validate the claim.

Yes, we offer a Partial COD option to ensure order commitment and reduce unsuccessful deliveries.

• Payment Structure: A 40% advance payment is required via UPI or any online method at the time of order, with the remaining 60% balance payable upon delivery.
• COD Service Fee: An additional ₹50 fee applies to all COD orders. This is a "Money Handling Fee" charged directly by our delivery partners for the collection and processing of cash payments; Poster Boizz™ does not keep this fee.
• Why Partial COD? Since our products are manufactured fresh upon order (Print-on-Demand), this policy helps us cover basic production costs and ensures that only serious orders are processed.

Since products like crochet art or canvas paintings are handmade by individual artists, slight variations in texture or color are natural. This makes every piece you buy truly one-of-a-kind.

We act as a bridge between independent creators and cinematic art lovers. You focus on your craft, and we provide the platform, payment security, and a massive audience of cinema enthusiasts to discover your work.

We offer two fulfillment models depending on your product type:

• Print-on-Demand: For digital posters, we handle the high-quality printing and shipping.
• Direct Artist Dispatch: For unique handmade items (like paintings or crochet), you pack and ship the item directly from your studio.

You don’t have to worry about the "messy" parts. Poster Boizz™ acts as the facilitator and mediator for all customer disputes. If a customer has an issue, our team handles the communication and works with you to find a final resolution.

Joining the Poster Boizz™ creator community is currently free for vetted artists. We only make money when you make money!

Yes! We offer two premium framing options to elevate your cinematic art:

• Wooden Frames: Premium, gallery-style 0.75" thick profiles.
• Fibre Frames: Sleek, modern 0.5" thick profiles for a minimalist look.

Because we begin the printing process almost immediately, cancellations or changes are only permitted within 2 hours of purchase. Please email us at connect@posterboizz.in with your Order ID for assistance.

Don't worry, we've got you covered! If your item is damaged during transit, we offer a free replacement.

• Requirement: Email connect@posterboizz.in within 3 days of delivery.
• Mandatory Proof: You must provide a single, continuous, and unedited unboxing video showing the package being opened for the first time.

Yes. All transactions are processed through Supermoney / Razorpay. We use industry-standard encryption and never store your credit card details on our servers.

We take intellectual property seriously. We work with independent designers to offer licensed art, and we also curate cinematic homages using public domain materials.

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. If your order contains items from different artists, you will receive multiple tracking links for your split shipments.

We are looking for:

• Graphic Designers: Specifically those creating unique cinematic, minimalist, or alternative movie posters.
• Traditional Artists: Creators of handmade art, canvas paintings, or unique physical decor.
• Artisans: Makers of unique products like crochet or 3D art that fits our cinematic aesthetic.

You do! You retain full ownership of your intellectual property. By joining, you simply grant Poster Boizz™ a license to display and sell your work on our platform. We respect all creators and have a strict policy against unauthorized reproduction.

Merchant of Record: Poster Boizz™ handles all financial transactions and payment security through Razorpay.

Royalty/Earnings: You earn a pre-agreed commission or royalty for every sale made. Payments are settled periodically to your registered bank account.
